2008 promises to be a year of great change for all of us. With Jupiter transiting the industrious sign of Capricorn and the planet Pluto joining Jupiter in late January we are going to see major transforming changes in big business, government, with authority and rulers and what we view as status symbols. Old may become the new vogue. We'll give special status to our history and those around us who have wisdom. We'll listen, and perhaps be less rebellious. The traits of Capricorn are what we will all esteem to... It's no secret...We are now entering a time when we have to watch the transit of the planet Mars very carefully. As the planet Mars makes aspects to the outer planets. Mars in Cancer (it's fall) opposes Jupiter in Capricorn. Mars in it's fall means that Mars is weak in the sign of Cancer and needs more experience, learning, or requires some action to be taken. Interesting to note that Venus is in Aries it's detriment, this means Venus is learning and is working out mistakes. When Mars enters Leo it will oppose Neptune. Later Mars In Virgo will conjoin Saturn, then Mars in Virgo will oppose Uranus at the point of the fixed star Markab, quincunx Neptune and then square Pluto, August is the time of the Eclipse, the situation on planet Earth becomes prone to insidious violence, upsets, explosions and world market upsets. All this during the Democratic National Convention, the ultimate showdown between the Candidates Barack Obama, and Hilary Clinton. How will this affect you? Your business? Your job? Your Future? The stage is certainly set for this 40 year cycle to come back around and as you know history always repeats itself. As Saturn rx slows down the Lunar Nodes are bringing back balance from the disharmony of last year. We are living in very destined and karmic times. More interestingly, there's a midpoint between Uranus and Neptune both in each other's signs. That midpoint falls very close to opposing Saturn RX...and involves Jupiter in Capricorn. Black Monday is the name given to the Crash of 1987, October 19Th the day when futures expired and crashed the financial Markets across the world.
How do I know this? I was a newly divorced, mother of two, financial consultant with Shearson Lehman Brothers. I was looking to do something new and like any great Pheonix, had to rebuild my life of shattered and broken hearted dreams. Like so many other successful women I too have diverse background in business and the stock Market. What makes this day so important or relevant to us today...this is the time period when Mars in Virgo opposed Saturn and Uranus. Today we have a similar situation building up in August when Mars in Virgo will oppose Uranus and throughout 2009 then it will make aspects to Saturn Uranus and retrograde Pluto. It was also during this time that I began my career as an astrologer. I had studied astrology since I was 13 but this was the time when people actually gave me acknowledgement and sought out my expertise. They say history always repeats itself. The crash began in Hong Kong, spread west through international time zones to Europe, hitting the United States after other markets had already declined by a significant margin. The Dow Jones Industrial Average (DJIA) dropped by 508 points to 1739 (22.6%)By the end of October, stock markets in Hong Kong had fallen 45.8%, Australia 41.8%, Spain 31%, the United Kingdom 26.4%, the United States 22.68%, and Canada 22.5%. New Zealand's market was hit especially hard, falling about 60% from its 1987 peak, and taking several years to recover.The terms Black Monday and Black Tuesday are also applied to October 28 and 29, 1929, which occurred after Black Thursday on October 24, which started the Stock Market Crash of 1929. Confusingly, in Australia the 1987 crash is also refered to as Black Tuesday because of the timezone difference The Black Monday decline was the largest one-day percentage decline in stock market history. Other large declines have occurred after periods of market closure, such as Saturday, December 12, 1914, when the DJIA fell 24.39%, ending the four month closure due to the outbreak of the First World War, and Monday, September 17, 2001, the first day that the market was open following the September 11, 2001 attacks. 4/18/2008 Election Predictions 2008 Since We are currently living in changing times. The Planets are aligned and aligning in such a way that’s it’s almost impossible not to comment on them. In particular I am talking about the period basically from August on when there is a Full Moon Eclipse in Aquarius, it’s also a month that sees 2 New Moons. The 2nd New Moon at 7* Virgo, giving importance to Saturn’s transit. Which just comes out of it’s shadow at 8 degrees, on the day of the Full Moon Eclipse. Ushering a whole new energy that is dynamic and full of intrigue! It’s my opinion that you can’t take individual planetary events and predict so I look at the eclipse at 24 Aquarius and I will look for other planets or points at that degree, believing more in the flow of events and layers of events…what do I see…I relate that Full Moon eclipse in August to the Moon’s Lunar Nodes …the North Node is at 24 degrees Aquarius May 2, just before Saturn goes direct which takes my attention further back to July 20 2007 when Saturn transited 24 degrees Leo. Now, That eclipse does set the stage for some interesting happenings like…terrorist attacks sort of setting the theme of “FEAR” in the world the areas that I believe will fall under these attacks in August will be London and Tokyo. I think the baby boomers are going to take up another kind of fight…against social injustice, oppression and leadership by fear The Planets for the Election date are not only intriguing they are down right intimidating. It seems that there will be some attempt to smear Barrack Obama's name and weaken his chances to win. the election date foretells of an assassination attempt masked as a suicide that affects the white house if not the President himself. there will be an attempt to steal the power in the white house and try to claim "presidential rule". I am not sure if that will actually happen as I also see after the elections a massive inquiry into the goings on of the white house during 2009 which will shake our economy and the world's trust in our so called democracy!
