May 2008 Aquarius: (Jan 21-Feb. 19): Aquarius as your monthly horoscope begins in May things finally begin to move forward in some ways, backwards in other ways! Mercury enters Gemini just as Saturn goes direct in Virgo. Both signs rule communications! How many of you have someone in your life that you are not speaking to, haven't communicated with and need to speak too, long to talk too and need to reach out to? Mercury rules both your solar 5th house of love, romance and children and your solar 8th house of joint assets and lovers. The 8th house of an all or nothing house, a house where might makes right, cruelty reins supreme and we tell ourselves to completely shut someone out and pretend they no longer exist. We end up suffering for this kind of behavior in the long run. It's time to bury the hatchet and stop interfering in other peoples lives. As Saturn goes direct at 11:07 pm edt in your solar 8th house of suffering and intimacy you could be on the verge of losing everything. It's a downright hard transit when Saturn or Pluto is here in the 8th. Jupiter goes retrograde in Capricorn your solar 12th house of karma, karmic debts and like the 4th,and 8th houses has rulership over karma. This is trouble we cannot escape and have to face. The kind of events that change you for the better. Dress rehearsal's over! This is real life stuff. Finally, Mars enters Leo another fire sign and our ability to go out and get what we want returns. In your solar 7th house of marriage, business, and partnerships new business can come through. Although you may be paying off the debts of an old business or relationships a new source of business revenue or even significant other can appear. Many people are afraid of numbers let’s face it. However to be a good astrologer you have to read the numbers and have your brained tuned into recognizing patterns and angles, even the imaginary ones. With that in mind there is a configuration in the planets with the Lunar Nodes, Saturn, Neptune and Jupiter and Uranus. This suggest the Pluto revolution is underway because many people are in situations that are confining and they are already looking for ways out without making anyone mad or alienating anyone or drawing attention to themselves. It’s like being held captive and being nice to your captors while you are devising a plan of escape plan. It’s not going to work to be nice to the captors though. They don’t have your future on their minds. With Saturn, the Lunar Nodes are his agents. They are not bringing change yet. They are helping Saturn keep the status quo and to keep you right where you are. Saturn also has the help of Pluto. That makes you nervous, and fearful about change. So where do you turn? Jupiter sextile Uranus suggests opportunities are abundant right now for change. It’s outside help. Look around for the new people, new situations, spiritual liberation, and excitement. I guess what it’s suggesting to me is that some situations, your current situation have gone as far as they’re going to go. Seek out new friends, new acquaintances generate excitement in your life to create new energy and life. Until you have completely replaced the old ones. Still many of you will wait until the universe pushes you from the comfort of your current situations, if comfort is even the right word. It’s time for change; don’t wait until August when you have to be thrown out of a bad situation. Take a chance, grab an opportunity as it comes along right no, it’s time. So look around there are opportunities around you that are calling to you, take them. This can also indicates stalemates where ego and pride are getting in the way. the solution to stalemates also lies in the sextile between the higher energies of Jupiter and Uranus. Get out of thar fixed stubborn state that satisfies your ego and into the higher elevation of Jupiter and Uranus. Follow your dreams, or your intuition, listen to your heart not your head. This New Moon in Taurus is called a "Super Moon" a phrase coined by the astrologer Richard Nolle. This New Moon is called in Perigee because it's going to be closest to the Earth and therefore it's ability to influence the Earth, tides and it' s inhabitants is at it's greatest. There are two fixed stars that could have an influence over this New Moon and though they are far apart they still need to be considered. Alamak and Menkar. Like all fixed signs when the going get toughs you get going. This month could bring necessary disturbances, moves and family troubles. It will only be for the good though. The Full Moon in Scorpio, in fact, the 2nd Full Moon in Scorpio, your solar 10th house of reckless ambitions and reputation you'll be very touchy about the respect your get or don't get! You won't tolerate anything less than 100% from others and you will get rid of any dead weight in your life this month. April 2008 Aquarius: (Jan 21-Feb. 19): Aquarius as your monthly horoscope the planet of action Mars,moves out of it's shadow, Pluto goes retrograde and the New Moon ushers in something special. As the month begins there is allot to look forward to. New Momentum and a renewal well, some people think of spring and the zodiac new year as "new" things happening. When if you think about it Spring is a creative time. Trees and Plants begin to grow again. Animals procreate and reproduce, A new cycle of creativity begins. The death of winter is replaced by the births of springtime. Not necessarily new energy but new creative energy. And so it is this month in April we all begin to feel a new creative energy burst forth. Perhaps with things or people we had let go of temporarily. We get a new interest or take a new approach. A new idea leads to that new approach but, we are just building upon a reality or circumstance that is already there. The last degree of any sign indicates unfinished business. This is especially true since the planet Mars will still be in it's shadow throughout the month of March until April 5th. No doubt this has caused problems across the board with children, friends and relationships. When Mars aspects Pluto our suspicions are aroused and the overly sensitive Pluto doesn't want to deal with antagonism from Mars. The first response from Pluto is to simply blow you off. You no longer exist, you are dead. The New Moon in Capricorn your solar 12th house of suffering suggests that you are ready to deal with uncomfortable and painful situations, and when you decide to do so Aquarius you are very effective. As the Sun enters your sign, Aquarius you are ready to start over, begin again and people are eager to follow you lead. In a world of disposable lovers though you should be advised to proceed cautiously in matters of the heart! As the planets transit your sign little by little this month you may feel as if it is you against the world. The heaviness of Saturn can feel immovable especially transiting an angular house. You may not be able to get the attentions you long for from a significant other. Maybe you love someone, who loves someone else and someone loves you, that you don't love! Those who do give you attention could prove to be totally inappropriate for one reason or another or because you are in a state to change nothing or no one seems palatable.
