May 2008 Aries (Mar 21-April 20): Aries as your monthly horoscope begins in May things finally begin to move forward in some ways, backwards in other ways! Mercury enters Gemini just as Saturn goes direct in Virgo. Both signs rule communications! How many of you have someone in your life that you are not speaking to, haven't communicated with and need to speak too, long to talk too and need to reach out to? Mercury rules both your solar 3rd house of siblings and coworkers and your solar 6th house of work, employers and employees. Could this be where you have to work on communications? Saturn goes direct at 11:07 pm edt in your solar 6th house of duty, routine and responsibilities. You have probably longed for routine and stability and got it, however that routine can turn into an imprisoning monotony. Responsibilities can become oppressive and have taken time away from you, to take care of your own responsibilities. So it's not a good idea to promise too much to others. As Jupiter goes retrograde in Capricorn your solar 10th house of recognition it's back to the drawing board to complete plans. All the ground that you have covered so far will come back. The recognition, and status you experienced go underground temporarily. Mars enters Leo in your solar 5th house and Aries it's time to have some fun. Do something, that is just pleasurable. Many people are afraid of numbers let’s face it. However to be a good astrologer you have to read the numbers and have your brained tuned into recognizing patterns and angles, even the imaginary ones. With that in mind there is a configuration in the planets with the Lunar Nodes, Saturn, Neptune and Jupiter and Uranus. This suggest the Pluto revolution is underway because many people are in situations that are confining and they are already looking for ways out without making anyone mad or alienating anyone or drawing attention to themselves. It’s like being held captive and being nice to your captors while you are devising a plan of escape plan. It’s not going to work to be nice to the captors though. They don’t have your future on their minds. With Saturn, the Lunar Nodes are his agents. They are not bringing change yet. They are helping Saturn keep the status quo and to keep you right where you are. Saturn also has the help of Pluto. That makes you nervous, and fearful about change. So where do you turn? Jupiter sextile Uranus suggests opportunities are abundant right now for change. It’s outside help. Look around for the new people, new situations, spiritual liberation, and excitement. I guess what it’s suggesting to me is that some situations, your current situation have gone as far as they’re going to go. Seek out new friends, new acquaintances generate excitement in your life to create new energy and life. Until you have completely replaced the old ones. Still many of you will wait until the universe pushes you from the comfort of your current situations, if comfort is even the right word. It’s time for change; don’t wait until August when you have to be thrown out of a bad situation. Take a chance, grab an opportunity as it comes along right no, it’s time. So look around there are opportunities around you that are calling to you, take them. This can also indicates stalemates where ego and pride are getting in the way. the solution to stalemates also lies in the sextile between the higher energies of Jupiter and Uranus. Get out of the fixed stubborn, that satisfies your ego and into the higher elevation of Jupiter and Uranus. Follow your dreams, or your intuition, listen to your heart not your head.. In your solar 5th and 11th house you are stuck in old patterns from childhood that are actually blocking your luck. Children, can clash with your need for freedom. Lovers can clash with your need for freedom and memories of events can linger around forever and you can't or someone else can't let them go. You are just about to change your life completely. You are just not there yet. This New Moon in Taurus is called a "Super Moon" a phrase coined by the astrologer Richard Nolle. This New Moon is called in Perigee because it's going to be closest to the Earth and therefore it's ability to influence the Earth, tides and it' s inhabitants is at it's greatest. Not only is it at it's closest proximity to Earth but it's moving very quickly. When any planet moves quickly it's influence over us is greatest! There are two fixed stars that could have an influence over this New Moon and though they are far apart they still need to be considered. Alamak and Menkar. Alamak brings favor and, Menkar brings tests of endurance. In your solar 2nd house of money you have every chance and opportunity to earn more money and you will be spending more too. Twice as nice? This is the 2nd Full Moon in Scorpio, your solar 8th house of rejection, and jealousy a temper tantrum could result if you feel too pressures. As the Sun enters Gemini, your solar 3rd house of communications you could be very chatty now a days a complete change from the past! As Mercury goes retrograde in your solar 3rd house drive carefully and be extra cautious about signing documents. April 2008 Aries (Mar 21-April 20): Aries as your monthly horoscope begins Mars your ruling planet, and the planet of action, moves out of it's shadow, Pluto goes retrograde and the New Moon ushers in something special. As the month begins there is allot to look forward to. New Momentum and a renewal well, some people think of spring and the zodiac new year as "new" things happening. When if you think about it Spring is a creative time. Trees and Plants begin to grow again. Animals procreate and reproduce, A new cycle of creativity begins. The death of winter is replaced by the births of springtime. Not necessarily new energy but new creative energy. And so it is this month in April we all begin to feel a new creative energy burst forth. Perhaps with things or people we had let go of temporarily. We get a new interest or take a new approach. A new idea leads to that new approach but, we are just building upon a reality or circumstance that is already there. Mars moves out of it's shadow into new degrees of the sign Cancer which rules motherhood and birth. A new burst of creative energy becomes available to us. If you feel you have been putting in lots of work and effort and not getting the respect or accolades in fact if you feel more like a work horse than the power behind everything you could start speaking up about it as Mercury enters Aries. Say it don't write it! The last degree of any sign indicates unfinished business. This is especially true since the planet Mars will still be in it's shadow throughout the month of March until April 5th. Since last October Mars has been transiting in and out of Gemini and Cancer, there's old stuff to resolve right now. As Mars transits the sign of Cancer it will be in a tense aspect since Cancer is the 4th house to it's natural placement in Aries. If you need advice you'll try to seek it out but, it might not be good advice. One again, off again relationships go temporarily stale. Mars has resumed direct motion in Gemini, your solar 3rd house of communications, short trips, and persuasion. You are more determined than even to win conversations and get everyone around you to believe in you and follow your lead. Some unscrupulous Aries could try to get others to believe in a lie, or cover up the truth. As things have gotten slightly out of control in your life recently. As Venus the planet of love and ruler of your solar 7th house of marriage conjoins Jupiter in Capricorn your solar 10th house of power, authority and ambitions you definitely are taking the reigns in your career and in your family life. Just work on delegating responsibility and being a benevolent dictator! New friends that could become life long friends are entering your life and your circle of friends is changing. The Full Moon in Sagittarius, squares the lunar nodes in your solar 9th house of opinions, and could have bring to a head a controversial situation about something your said, or wrote. It will be difficult to get out of that situation. Sometimes all you can do is apologize to the injured parties. With so many planets in the mutable signs (Gemini, Virgo, Sagittarius and Pisces), if you have used your prowess and ability to sell, convince and sway others wrongly you'll have to do allot of back tracking. It's not the time to hold your ground especially if the ground is sinking beneath you. The New Moon in Gemini Your solar 3rd house, highlights your unique ability to persuade others and convince them of your point of view. i know it's so easy sometimes to see both points of view in any gives situation, but, chose you must. What do you think, how do you feel, and where do you stand. You must define for others who your are and what you think, chose sides. With Saturn transiting your solar 5th house of creativity, hobbies, love and romance, it's going to be very easy for Aries to slip into a jealous rage over feeling left out, or disrespected by the object of your affections. That could destroy a relationship that is already fragile and under stress. The Sun enters Gemini you solar 3rd house of communications and short trips. The 3rd house is so much more than just travel and phone calls, it can also bring twists of fate. Not just random twists of fate though, twists of fate where you Aries turn situations an events around o be more favorable. As the month begins Mercury ruler of your solar 3d house of communications, conjoins Uranus and the North Node in Pisces your solar 12th house of secrets, sorrows and karmic debts. in the 12th house this can bring a variety of strange events. You just may feel like throwing in the towel. The challenge though is to keep everything going against the odds. Creativity can flow and in the quietness you can have your prayer answered and find inspiration in meditation nd prayer. Some of you may even have a spiritual awakening and find inspiration dee within yourself. Perhaps you are going to feel a bit of inertia about your employment prospects. The South Node transiting your solar 6th house of work, may have you thinking about changing jobs, or getting a second job. Employment can be overwhelming and you may feel as if you are giving but not receiving anything in exchange. With Saturn in your solar 5th house of creativity, lovers, children and luck, suggests putting forth your best foot, and showing others what you can do if given the chance is very tough right now, and those around you who could help you more are just not there for you. Your ability to network and hob nob with the rich and famous returns and you just may find a rich benefactor or supporter. February 2007 by Terry Nazon Aries (Mar 20-April 19): This month's forecast suggests, It looks like you may be out to impress a certain someone or everyone. You’ll want everyone to see the best in you, your boss, co workers and even a new admirer. There is a strong possibility that Aries will get everything he/she desires. Sometimes though, once we get what we want, we don’t want it anymore. That’s because your sign more than any other Sun sign enjoys the chase! With the Sun in your solar 11th house you’ll spend many moments fantasying about a new love, a new job, popularity, socializing, success or an influential connection. Once the Sun enters Pisces, your solar 12th house, you’ll be looking back at what you did accomplish and what you didn’t accomplish, languishing perhaps in missed opportunities. If you’ve achieved what you desired, it won’t seem so important after all. If you haven’t achieved what you desired there’s a good chance you’ll be torturing yourself with “would have, could have or should have”. Since Valentine’s Day falls in February, February is the month of love, and Aries is passionate about these types of holidays. Many Aries are still in the learning phases of businesses or careers and still must pay their dues a little bit more. While you might be very talented and have much to offer others getting noticed takes time. getting noticed by your family takes time, getting noticed by superiors takes time and getting noticed by the public takes even more time. The full Moon in Cancer your solar 4th house of beginnings and endings suggests problems with women and problems within your family that are draining. many Aries could be expecting additions to their family under these stars too. Mars in a tense aspect to the Nodes suggests your learning and formal education is being examined, on hold or being questioned. This can also indicate that you are in a position to be promoted but, must prove education or pass or take a test. Jupiter ruler of your solar 9th house of education, legalities and religion squares Uranus this month giving you an opportunity to break free of fears, anyone who you are afraid of or friends who are no longer supportive of your goals. So my advice is to curb spending habits during the 1st week of December as things can change very quickly resulting in buyers regrets! that is all due to the Full Moon in Gemini, your solar 3rd house of communications and where things happen much too quickly without foresight and also Saturn immediately retrograding in your solar 5th house of love and romance. if you are having troubles with love and romance or even children's issues for that matter, Saturn retrograding here suggests the problems could take a slight turn for the worse. Don't worry it's a test or a challenge. Saturn in your solar 5th house wants to negate your ego. In love you can't expect to be the center of attention, you have to give attention too. As with children also, allot of attention has to lavished upon them and they in return love you back. There is an emotional under current building in one of your closest relationships, and that could be with a best friend or a significant other. Some of you could be in the process of cutting yourself off completely from someone else in your life. It may seem to be that this is the only way forward fro you. The Full Moon in your solar 2nd house of money suggests finances and benefits are at the core of your decisions this month, as well as personal values…what you will and won’t do. Be very careful about the decisions you make this month as they could have long lasting results. Aries could find themselves in an unusual, or once in a lifetime predicament this month. Many Aries could be feeling stuck or bored in go no where jobs. There will be other Aries that need to just get a good job. With Pluto the planet of transformation and change squaring the North and South Node it's time to be more realistic about your qualifications. Aries has Capricorn on the solar 10th house of career so it's natural to want the climb the mountain of success quickly. In this day and age though, there are no short cuts. Your education because of Pluto in the 9th house suggests that you are under qualified or for others over qualified for what you are doing. Take a long hard look at the kind of jobs you qualify for and go after them. It's time for change! It's hard for Aries to settle for anything less than a professional career.
