Scorpio: (Oct. 23-Nov.23):  As your Horoscopes Month begins the shortest month of the year is off to a precarious start, with the planet of action and the libido Mars retrograde in me first Leo.  For Scorpio and Scorpio Rising retrograde Mars causes slowdowns and delays to your career and status sector.  Hold your head up and eventually everyone else sees you are worth your weight in gold.  The outer planets Jupiter, Saturn and Pluto all in the early degrees of their perspective transiting signs and for some doors are closed and others opened.  If you find yourself headed in the wrong direction, no worries the universe in its own way closes doors and opens others and you are herded into the right direction after all. Remember, where one door closes another opens in February.  It becomes clearer to you that others find you somewhat hard to communicate with.  Do everything you can to be more approachable, and not intimidating.

On Feb. 10 Mercury the messenger planet enters Aquarius and empowers us with extra ordinary ESP and intuition. In the sector of your horoscope that rules home, family and emotions its time to express yourself.  Write cards, notes or just talk to someone about how you feel and what you are hoping to accomplish.  The future is not out of reach.  On Feb. 13 the New Moon in Aquarius at 25*suggest you turn a corner and accomplish a goal or overcome an obstacle, you thought was impossible to overcome.

Feb. 14 ushers in the Chinese New Year and the Year of the Metal Tiger promises to put the fire under all of us.  Happy Valentines Day and Scorpio may have to go through their little black book of ex's to find a Valentine to connect with. As the Sun enters Pisces we are reminded that February is for both saints and sinners.  Both Valentines Day and saintly Ash Wednesday fall in the month of February.  The Sun in Pisces another water sign lights up your love life and you get another chance to fall in love.  Friends think you have been single too long or just don't like your current beau.  Take them up on the offer to introduce you to someone or set you up on a blind date, who knows you just might connect.

As the Sun inconjunct Mars _RX and Saturn _RX a double saturnine energy occurs and you could end up putting your foot in your mouth or tripping over your foot, it's embarrassing none the less. Inconjunct is a fancy astrology word for fingernails on a chalkboard! The month ends with the Full Moon in Virgo at 9*and and ex says "no way".
