2023 Predictions

The fixed Sun sign and Rising signs Taurus, Leo, Scorpio, and Aquarius, have had their share of highs and lows in 2022. Hopefully, those lessons are behind you, and you're ready to make a quantum leap. Two major sign changes dominate 2023—Saturn's entrance into Pisces and Pluto's temporary entrance into Aquarius. We like to think all of a sudden, there's going to be a huge change, but that's not usually the case. In the greater scheme of things, one transit flows into the next or is a continuance of a prior transit. People get so hung up on the 1st of the month and the 1st of the year and expect a change will occur on that day or in that month. The fact of the matter is Saturn has already transited through the sign of Aquarius, where Pluto will start to transit on March 23rd, 2023. This is exactly where Saturn transited on  June 22nd, 2020.

There were also advances in technology, advances with electric cars, concerns over the electric grid, A.I. technology, and new cryptocurrencies emerging.

Pluto is the planet of death and rebirth, crisis, big finances, and permanent endings. Pluto will square the sign it rules Scorpio, Unlike Saturn, who used to rule Aquarius and could put up with Aquarian antics. Pluto has a heavy hand but initially tries to squelch protests which will only cause more havoc and protests because of the fixed nature of Pluto and the sign of the people Aquarius. Pluto is also underhanded and tries to get back people in an underhanded way. Assassinations done in secret could be an issue in the coming years. The use of technology, like the mysterious ailment known as "Havana syndrome,"  began afflicting U.S. diplomats and intelligence officers in Cuba. The last time Pluto transited in Aquarius was a time of revolution and change worldwide, and it will be again. Pluto retrogrades back into Capricorn, going back to 27° where he transits start in January 2023, so there are still issues with big business, governments, the military, and outdated or old fashioned rules.

Saturn will enter Pisces on the Full Moon day, March 7th, 2023. Here again, we know what to expect because Jupiter spent a year in Pisces in 2022. The last time Saturn was in Pisces was in 1964 and 1993. People born in 1964 and 1993 will be experiencing their Saturn Returns. 1964 was a time of cultural revolution, the hippy era, and 1993 was when spirituality, metaphysics, and T.V. Psychics became popular. You remember Miss Cleo. Here Saturn is sextile. Its natural placement is Capricorn. But Connected to Neptune, Earthy Saturn is in deep waters and gets too deep, drowning in debts, tears, drugs, cults, or bad spiritual advisors.

Jupiter will finish its transit of Aries, where things move fast and impulsively.  On May 16th Jupiter enters Taurus, a slow-moving Earth sign that loves comfort and hates to be told what to do. Jupiter is the ruler of Sagittarius and the ancient ruler of Pisces. Here Jupiter is inconjunct in his natural position in the zodiac. The glib, honest, generous, and truthful to a fault Jupiter is now in selfish Taurus. Jupiter rules religion, education, travel, foreigners, immigration, and being open to new experiences. Taurus is not. There may be a trend towards only “Made in America,” or those foreigners are taking out jobs! On the flip side, Jupiter will find a way to save, make and keep your money safe.

In 2023 we will see things getting more intense. Still, we can see a spiritual awakening and collective prayer, healing, miracles, and people getting together to create positive changes that will be around for many years to come.

2023 Sun sign Predictions

Aries: you’re off to a good start in 2023, and by now, hopefully, you’ve learned the lesson of always speaking your mind, playing tricks on people, and paying attention by taking their stuff or anonymously trolling them on the internet. Blame Mars, your ruler, for that! But Mars dirty to get someone’s goes direct, and you learn how to control what you say to others; you learn not to gossip and that not everything is how you think it is! Venus spends a long time in your 5th house of love, romance, children, creativity, and fame as Pluto retrogrades back into Capricorn. Parental duties and personal responsibilities have to come first, and commitment to love or marriage comes second. Duties have to come first if you’re to live your dream of doing what you love to do.

Taurus: By now, you’re used to Uranus in your Sun sign because he’s halfway through this transit. But he’s not done surprising you by having the key that unlocks your genius and money-making potential. You should continue to be more careful and step gingerly into the future, not risk your finances or well-being. Clear up the past and wipe the slate clean for the next new challenges to come. Jupiter enters your Sun sign, and Pluto wants to step into your success zone but then says, “Not so fast.” More research is needed, and legalities must be tended to before moving forward and launching a new career or business. But you’re moving in the right direction with help from seriously helpful people.

Gemini: Saturn follows Jupiter into your solar sector of success and says, “Now, the hard work gets started.” You have to watch your behavior now because everyone is watching you. You have to be a role model, like it or not. Show kindness to those coming up behind you or in lesser positions than you. If you accept your new role gracefully, Saturn could make you famous and bring you all the recognition your heart desires. With Saturn, you must follow and play by the rules. “Those who live in glass houses shouldn’t throw stones.” Which means don’t criticize others. You start a new Mars Cycle in 2023 after paying your dues and clearing up debts. Work hard, and don’t rest on your laurels. There’s so much success to come to you. Mars helps you to put your ideas into action, and you will see tangible financial results in 2023 from your initiative.

Cancer: Pluto is leaving your relationship and marriage zone after entering this area of your chart in 2008. Pluto never leaves any astrological house the way he finds it. He moves things around, refurbishes things, and throws out the garbage! Pluto in the 7th house has been called the relationships from hell. Pluto will enter Aquarius, your 8th house of big money, joint finances, inheritances, and personal transformation, for a few months before revisiting your relationship zone. Saturn will enter your 9th house and make you more serious about exploring other cultures and religions. You’ll have new spiritual experiences, take classes, learn lots, and travel; in 2023, you’ll have odd dreams and unusual experiences. You’ll be open to relationships and possibly get into a serious partnership or relationship. If you’re married, your relationship will change, and if you’re single, you could get engaged but tap the breaks when Pluto asks, “Is this what you want?” the stakes are high in 2023, so choose carefully. You outgrow friendships and could be entangled in a love triangle or a business partnership you want to get out of.

Leo: Pluto makes his presence known as he crosses into the upper portion of your birth chart, the 7th house. You shed the past and realize you are the power and the one everyone wants to see, hear and talk to. Your popularity soars with magnetic Pluto in your 7th house. You’re not afraid of the consequences of divorce, leaving a job, or walking away from a partnership. But that’s not the end of it. Pluto hovers between your 6th and 7th house, and it takes a lot out of Leo to make that quantum leap, and it takes a year! Saturn says it’s time to get more serious about earnings and holds you accountable financially. If you have to spilt things up between you and an ex, it takes even more out of you. But you get a 2nd wind with your career ambitions, and this time you know exactly what to do when building your empire!

Virgo: you opt to try new things or move in 2023. What holds you back? Love, of course! Who wouldn’t want to be the apple of your eye? Neptune makes it impossible for you not to spoil those you love rotten or spoil whoever catches your eye. Although you’re easily disappointed and hurt, it doesn’t stop you from falling in love. But maybe it should! Especially over the summer when Venus retrogrades in Leo, your 12th house, as Pluto retrogrades back into your 5th house of love and romance in mid-2023. That suggests Saturn will take your breath away with a new love as he crosses into the upper area of your chart, and you have to make a quantum leap into the future. As the British say, “Mind the Gap!” Someone steals your heart, and you’re unprepared for the changes they will bring to your life. Get a 2nd or 3rd opinion in matters of the heart. Is it only about love in 2023? No, it’s about relationship choices and karma in 2023.

Libra: even since Covid, you might have felt even more stuck in the house, especially if you’re self-employed or work from home. Now that Pluto directs his energies outside the home, you’re forced to let go of the past, give the kids more freedom, and trust that everything will be Ok when you return home. You’re also coming into a long transit of living large and falling in love. And that’s in alignment with you as an Air sign since air needs to circulate. As the year gets underway, you’re curious about other people, their actions, their likes, and who they are. You might need more freedom in your relationships to be happy! You could find true love with someone exciting and different. But your romantic life could get complicated if you keep too many romances going at once. It’s a Libra thing! While karmic romances swirl around you, you can’t neglect your life, household, and daily routine.

Scorpio: amazing things are possible in 2023 as the Lunar Nodes are poised to bring major changes in your life. You can be quite naïve or give the impression of being naïve or not paying attention, but you’re always paying attention. In love, or with those you care about, like your children, you make sacrifices and go along with another’s plans for the fun of it. You can give leadership duties to a mate, partner, boyfriend, or girlfriend. That doesn’t last long in 2023. You start to have your ideas and get busier in 2023. A new job, more obligations, and a hectic routine suggest wasting your time is not an option. Letting anyone else call the shots in your life is not plausible. Needless to say, this doesn’t go over well with someone close. Do you care? The planet Uranus says, “No.” Like other Sun signs, which got too comfortable in the house, staying home, or working from home, Saturn wants you to get out of the house more. You get swept up in a new social life, complete with new friends and people who are quite enamored with you. Your confidence increases, and happiness follows.

Sagittarius: In 2022, you were reminded of a previous life when you had power and were notorious or a successful badass. Living in the here and now might require a day job, Or perhaps being more serious with employers, working harder, working with employees, taking care of your health and wellness, and being bored sometimes. The reality isn’t as fun as the life you imagine for yourself. But it’s a starting point for 2023. As an outgoing, gregarious, and fun Sun sign being alone is difficult. Being alone with yourself is the best thing that can happen to you. Rebuilding your life is something Neptune has you doing over and over again. The shifting sands of Neptune under your feet or the foundation of your life frequently change your life's direction and stability. Family relationships change, and where you live or want to live changes.   Allow others into your life and let those who need to go like grown-up children do their own thing. Get involved in group activities and embrace a 2nd chance to work with others successfully.

Capricorn: as 2023 gets underway, it’s no secret that the best holidays and festivities occur when the Sun is in your Sun sign! How great is that? All that talk about Capricorn being stodgy, depressing, and boring can’t be true! 2023 gets underway with Venus and Pluto together in your Sun sign. That means you need to know where you’re headed in 2023. That’s not a problem, as Capricorn is considered a builder and creates their empires from the bottom up. Pluto briefly enters your 2nd house of money to change how you think about wealth, assets, and possessions. Your ruler Saturn changes signs too and enters your 3rd house. You’re already equipped with good intuition and a 6th sense since Jupiter transited Pisces, and Neptune has been in Pisces, your 3rd house, for a while. Now, it’s up to you to harness the power of your mind, intuition, and psychic and spiritual powers to succeed and avoid slipping up. Unique business opportunities take you down unknown roads but promise much financial success. Be all you can and want to be in 2023, allow a little luck and love into your life, and develop your talents.

Aquarius: it’s always interesting when planets transit from the 12th house of the subconscious mind, releasing irrational fears and bringing an epiphany to your life. Well, here it comes. Pluto, the planet of destruction, life, and death, forces you to stop fighting, stop resisting and submit to what’s happening in your life. Since Saturn already made this momentum transit from your 12th house into your Sun sign, you know what to expect. If you didn’t make the right changes or let go of what or who needed to be let go of, that will get done now. As a fixed Sun sign, Aquarius tends to hang on to people, lovers, and situations long after their expiration date. You also tend to cut people off abruptly too. Look at life as an adventure and look to going in a new direction that’s bigger than you ever imagined and much more financially lucrative. Peace of mind and happiness, a new home, and domestic security will be yours when you allow changes to enter your life.

Pisces: Saturn enters your Sun sign, and he hasn’t visited your Sun sign for 28 years. That begs the question, what happened in 1995? How old were you then? It’s about a new Saturn cycle that demands you act responsibly, compassionately, and kindly towards others and yourself. You might opt to go off on your own and have the confidence and expertise to do so. Your inner genius is awakened, and the planets want you to be confident. It’s what I call “Getting your Mojo back.” We don’t think of Saturn and “Mojo” in the same sentence, but Saturn is a solid confidence booster because you get what you deserve when going through a Saturn transit. Do good, and you get good back. Work hard, and you are rewarded with recognition and worldly success. Purge your irrational fears and consider healing, self-help, and therapy.
