Daily Horoscope for Capricorn (and Capricorn Rising)

Capricorn (Dec. 22-Jan. 21): Capricorn: What a time to be alive, experiencing all these cosmic changes and being a part of a greater plan that's unfolding! Fortunately, the Sun and Jupiter in Leo won't let you down and will inspire you. This powerful duo is all about living and living large. Or they will put you in your place! Now, it's a good thing that you are such a strong Sun sign! It's not easy having planets in astrological houses that are considered a challenge. Unless you like a challenge, that is. There are some feisty goats out there. You start over, rebuilding brick by brick parts of your life or career, parts of your psyche and thinking, and you get back to working harder than everyone else. Maybe you got hurt along the way or your family was disrupted, maybe you fell in love or spent all your time developing your skills and talents. With all that behind you, it's time to put everything back together again. It's time to make money and keep your money for yourself. Let others fend for themselves.
Today, as the Moon in Aquarius aspects Mercury, the planet of communications, ideas, and memories, it's important to remember that Mercury is still repeating degrees from mid-June and making his 3rd pass over his retrograde degrees; your inner voice is active, memories are stimulated, and you see or understand things even better. You remember things, maybe through what you see or hear, as your mind is speaking to you. Don't ignore it. While you're taking back your power and setting strong boundaries for others or exiling some from your life, you'll see your finances improving because of the changes you have made.
Today you may be more inclined to act on your ideas, especially if they relate to things you have already started. Maybe a job application, maybe learning or using technology to help you find a new job or enhance your business. That makes sense since planets in the sign of Aries (starts) are retrograde. It's time to clean things up.  
In matters of the heart, you get pulled or swayed by trends like going to the latest and greatest club or place to find romance. It is about partnerships, relationships, and people who have helped you, but also those you have paid to work for you and help you. As things change, you start to need different things. People don't like it when you don't need them anymore. So it's not only about adding people to your life but subtracting them too.
All the while, your relationship or prospects for romance can be complicated and not so simple. Pluto Rx and Juno Rx, the asteroid goddesses of soulmates and marriage, are retrograde in Aquarius. This suggests friendships, live-in situations, complicated friendships, and higher-than-normal expectations need to be dealt with. I often say that the sign of Aquarius, along with the planet Uranus, brings about high hopes and expectations as well as significant disappointments. At this time, with Venus in Virgo (Fall), people tend to be more selective or picky in their choices, or not at all. They may either hold out for someone who meets their standards or settle for someone who does not quite measure up, to avoid being alone. Oh my! ©
