Daily Horoscope for Gemini (and Gemini Rising)

Gemini (May 20-June 21): Gemini: The Moon is once again in Libra another air sign like you which is fortunate and where she was last seen on Friday, Sept. 11th! That's when Uranus S RX in Gemini at 5° in your Sun sign went stationary retrograde; your ruler Mercury had just entered Libra, your 5th house of love, luck, creativity, and confidence and was inconjunct the wounded healer Chiron Rx in Taurus at 0°, and Venus entered Scorpio (Detriment). That connected your creativity to your job, and work, or your love life to your neighborhood. It may have also connected your wellness and activity level to your confidence and happiness.

Here we are again at the dark Libra Moon, where the Moon is at its darkest, called the witching hour, and where she will translate into our New Moon tomorrow, almost at high noon on the East Coast!
Today she's dark as she opposes all those planets and asteroids in Aries: Neptune Rx, Saturn Rx, Pallas Rx, Vesta Rx, Eris Rx, and Chiron Rx in your 11th house of hopes, disappointments, friends, ex lovers, anxiety, VIPs, fame and fortune. The dark Moon will connect Pluto Rx, and Uranus Rx who are in a loose trine with each other still. As you are forced by Pluto Rx to learn more and expand it's scary and makes you a little anxious but Gemini is occasionally called upon to push themselves and learn new things that seem foreign.

This may be where you and I are dealing with all the big, major changes we were led to make this year. If you haven't made major changes already, or resisted change, you're behind the curve. You might have to wait for all those planets in Aries to resume direct motion or get into new degrees next spring. What major change can you think of the changes you made or the changes that were forced upon you this year?
Fortunately for us, the planets go retrograde in our universe and our cosmic setup here on Earth. That gives you time to fix things, to go back over things and start over in a way that is aligned with your path and that will make you personally happy. 10/8: The dimming Moon in Virgo demands that you fix something, deal with some conflict, disorganization in your life, or sync up your many devices. Tense aspects exist in the cosmos today that can upset you. Today's influences may force you to stop what you're doing and handle what isn't working, what's out of whack, what you ignored and needs fixing.  It's like your phone and email aren't always communicating properly; something in your life could be out of sync. Well, don't ignore it because it could come up repeatedly.  
Be careful with those relationships; you need to keep intact. It's during this time that you can say or do something that estranges a person permanently.  ©

10/7: The Moon is in Virgo, your 4thhouse of peace of mind, home, family matters and letting go of what you don't need or want. You've come along way and buy now you should have your emotions, anxiety, and nervousness under control. You are less likely to to get upset by delays or demand things get done "Right now!" This Moon sign favors your domestic duties, like cooking, cleaning up, and minor repairs. If you like to shop, dress up, or work out and get your flu or allergy shot, today is good for that too.

It's a 4th Qtr. Moon and things are familiar and winding down. Can you feel a change in your emotional reactions? This Moon is in the 12th house position to the Sun in Libra, which is all about karma, completions, finishing projects related to beautification, making things look good, finding balance, and managing your money! You may be doing more for yourself and by yourself since friends, live in roommates, exes, and people from the past are not that helpful. Yes. It's also about debts, what you don't want to happen, insecurities related to another person, paying for things, what you're not happy with in your relationships, solitude, and the next payday!

You might need to move, so clean up your finances and give it about 6 months! You can do it. But we also know that there's nothing new here because the Lunar South Node was already in Virgo for most of 2026. The area of the Lunar South Node is what you are familiar with and what you know, and you just pay no attention to it. You let it go. So, you're used to whatever experiences the Moon in Virgo brings or doesn't bring today. Fortunately, the planet of enlightenment Uranus Rx and Mercury in Scorpio remind you that you got this. Today you might tackle problems only to find out it's not a big deal or the problem you thought it was. If you have a question about some deception you experienced in the past that may start to unravel too. So, let things come to you today. ©

10/6: The Leo Moon is dimming as it connects to fortunate Jupiter at dawn at 20° August's Lion Gate Solar Eclipse degree. This can be a repetitive message for you in your 3rd house of rational thinking, communications, ideas and business opportunities. Maybe someone wants to know your ideas! Uranus Rx is in your Sun sign or 1st house and wants to change your life! He probably already has changed your life in many ways but, he's not done!

It might be later in the evening when you truly understand the implications in your life of this aspect. Your ruler Mercury, the information planet, conjoins Venus Rx in Scorpio (Detriment), and Apollon the Sun God, a Trans Neptunian Point (TNP) in your 6th house (another Mercury ruled astrological house) influencing your health, wellness, how hard your work and overcoming adversaries. Oh my! Yeah, you might have enemies.  Mercury is in its retrograde shadow while Venus Rx is retrograde! They are saying, "Hey this is important!" Some repetition is to be expected in the coming weeks and months. There can be conflicts over joint finances, contracts, cheating, divorces, who's paying for what, and the imbalance of wealth that needs to be ironed out.  Those of you in a relationship start to wonder if you can do better.

A lot of arguments may be over money, as the Libra Sun (Fall) tries to find a balance in relationship and partnership matters. A past friend or ex lover may stalk you because they are afraid to talk to you! Everyone assumes everyone else is doing better or has more. This can cause trouble in your relationship in the future, maybe in November. Maybe you must balance your finances and expectations of another, or power up your efforts a little and do or earn more. During this retrograde season, which extends through April 2027 if I include Mars and January's next Mercury retrograde, double down and try harder. Everything takes twice the effort. Today tells us a lot about relationships, as Mars chases Venus Rx and Venus Rx tries to slow down to see if Mars can catch up with her.
But for today, Mercury has a personal message for you about what you can expect from others, in your relationships, job, with your health, or financially, as he talks to Venus Rx in Scorpio (Detriment) and Apollon (TNP). Some of you have to work harder than normal but it will pay off. Astrology tells you that if you know what the problem is, you don't have a problem because you can handle it or fix it, right? Or if you know things are not as bad as you imagined, you won't worry so much. So here it is: the cosmos is telling you, or Mercury is telling you what to expect and what you have to handle. He is the messenger planet. It might not be bad news because the Leo Moon is dimming as it connects to fortunate Jupiter and asks, "Are you being too generous or not generous enough?" Are you happy with your children or romantic life, or too self-indulgent? While Neptune Rx and Saturn Pallas Rx, Vesta, Eris Rx and Chiron Rx sleep in the independent warrior sign of Aries, Venus catches up with them in April and May 2027! Oh my! Astrology knows! ©

10/5: Happy Monday! It’s the Moon in Leo today, and you might use more self-control and say less or not. You might curse like a sailor if someone arouses your anger! Oh my! The Leo Moon is generous, courageous, and big-hearted and gemini easily captures everyone's attention but even more so tomorrow! It’s the last quarter Moon and growing dimmer highlighting faint memories of the past, lost opportunities and loves. You think about the way you used to be and the life you used to live. You absolutely refuse to give into negative thoughts or feelings that things can never be great again. They can and you know it. After the Moon awakens your memories and after connecting to Venus Rx and Mercury she goes void of course until tomorrow morning when the Moon connects to Jupiter, the planet of good fortune, courage, happiness and confidence. Remember that is at 20° the degree of the Solar Eclipse in August and this will be where the Moon in Leo and Jupiter and Mercury and Venus Rx all connect tomorrow morning. Oh wow! you can hear from old customers, friends and even an ex. So, prepare for tomorrow, set appointments, reply to others or make plans for tomorrow!  Anyways in the Biblical Book of Genesis, it was Tuesday the G-d said “It is good, it is good” twice! 10/4: The Moon is in its last quarter Moon phase, and it's more about what you don't need, not wasting resources, and comforting yourself now. You might be more introspective, keeping your real thoughts and how you feel to yourself.  You're resourcefulness kicks in and like Cancer you manage to feed everyone on very little and stretch your dollars until they can't stretch anymore! gemini gets generous, in a Robin Hood kind of way, giving away things that don't really belong to them. Avoid making big promises you can't keep. Trying to do favors and get favors ...I don't just know how Saturn Rx feel about that!

Neptune Rx has dissolved your clout, the past worldly status you enjoyed,the name recognition you made for yourself and you have to start over. Start over and reboot.

I might say that today is a theme, a musical chord in your life that takes you (us) through mid-December. The Moon in Cancer is reflective and reserved; maybe intrinsically knowing that confiding in others, letting them have insight into what you're really thinking, your fears and insecurities, or how you really feel, or telling anyone your secrets will result in, your words being used against you at some future date. That being said, be careful what you think, text, or write, as the planet of communications is also issuing a warning.  Mercury is at 5° and this is Mercury's direct degree in November during its retrograde cycle. Yes, Mercury will spend about a week at 5° Scorpio when it goes direct in November! So, Mercury is telling you something today!
The information planet Mercury in Scorpio will inconjunct Uranus Rx in Gemini today, suggesting something that needs to be fixed, temporary breakups or going without some things, and a need to work a little harder! This points to you because Mercury is your ruler and Uranus is in your Sun sign or 1st house in the case of Gemini Rising! You have to work faster and smarter as you start again or start over. You are front and center. Uranus Rx rules friends, ex-lovers, on-off romance, in-laws, friendships, exes, air travel, a sudden change in your thinking, and the hope-disappointment cycle. Mercury, as the ruler of Gemini, where Uranus Rx is transiting, suggests that a transformation or detachment in your deep thinking, attachments, and perception is needed. Gemini is the 12th house of secrets and sorrows, to our 4th Qtr. Cancer Moon. This indicates a cycle ending in your life. You can transform your deepest hopes and fears and get out of a hope-disappointment cycle with a powerful and determined attitude and mind. Whatever you are facing, keep picking yourself up and trying again. What message will Mercury give to you today?  Out of all the different facets going on in your life, this is another one that will take you through December!
Normally, the influence of personal planets like Mercury and Venus changes daily, but now you have to sit with this Scorpio energy, which is deep, determined, and sometimes ugly. Fortunately, Mars, Jupiter, and the South Node are in another fixed sign, Leo! I love the fixed squares; they are packed with determination and "pick yourself back up and try again energy!

10/3: It's the 4th Qtr. Moon in Cancer your 2nd house of money, luxuries and what makes you feel good. Maybe it's a full pantry or freezer! As long as there's food in the house you're fine! This Moon phase is typically a time to let the chips fall where they may and settle in with an eye towards what's not essential or necessary to your comfort or happiness. What can you do without? Who do you want to get away from? Maybe clean out the pantry or your closets and or fill them up so you feel satiated and full.

With her majesty Venus S Rx now retrograde you might experience a change in your affections or experience a change in someone else's affections towards you.  This is complicated and on the one hand can lead some into an ill-fated romance with someone to hibernate with during the colder months. Even those in the Southern hemisphere might take up with a new lover in a Spring fever frenzy! But venus wears a mask and plays on your carnal desires. Oh my! When it comes to work, your job, hiring people or co-workers be cautious. Remembering how Venus S Rx in Scorpio is more sexier vixen than a wholesome maiden, someone could tempt you or your lover. An ex could try to make you jealousy by dating your best friend.

Your lover may be looking for more fun with Mars in Leo and unable to resist temptation as Mars opposes Pluto Rx. This is an interesting aspect, as lovers play musical chairs and Mars is inclined to go back to an ex. Mars rules the man in a woman's birth chart, and Venus S Rx is the wife in a man's birth chart. But then there's Juno the asteroid of marriage, who was retrograde in Capricorn, the old stomping grounds of Pluto Rx hinting at the past. The moral of the story is beware of the ex or the person you took someone from! Oh My! That being said you might opt to focus on a wider audience and grab the attention of many people with your intelligence and wit.
As the 4th Qtr. Moon in Cancer winds down, it's all about home, family, domestic duties, and heavy responsibilities that fall on your shoulders. It's the single mother managing alone with a house filled with kids and/or pets. It's as much about what you don't need as it is about the money you need. Don't let anyone get away without paying their fair share. The Moon in Cancer is about how you feel, and you've heard people say, "I don't feel like it." That's the Cancer Moon talking. You might be guided by your feelings when the Moon is in Cancer. There's another side, the Moon in Cancer, and that's letting go. For instance, you might leave if you don't feel accepted by someone's family or children or feel disapproval, left out, and not accepted; it's not always what's added to your life, but what you leave behind or gets taken away. * Jupiter is at 20° where the New Moon solar eclipse foretold something or someone new on August 12th and the South Node will be at 20° in January 2027. This foretells or predicts a change in leadership, leaders, who’s in charge, new kings and princes, presidential power and leaders.  
Here’s what I wrote in August! The New Moon solar eclipse in Leo is a special New Moon promising a new beginning, which sounds exciting. This eclipse is total across parts of Greenland, Iceland, northern Spain, and a small corner of Portugal, and partial across much of Europe. However, on that same day, Mars and Ceres align on the World Axis, indicating a potential for more fires, of which there have been plenty so far (gathering momentum as Mercury crossed the World Axis a few weeks ago). There may be more fires to come – increasing the need for those emergency vehicles and other related equipment.
The New Moon Solar Eclipse in Leo is playful and seeks to make everything fun, even the most arduous tasks. It's romantic and all about being a romance junkie! People want to hear your Cinderella story and want to experience this for themselves too. You're most likely to feel dramatic and encounter dramatic types or just plain drama or melodrama. You might feel like making a grand entrance, creating a fabulous first impression, turning heads, and showing off. Flattery goes a long way and is honestly taken seriously during the Leo Moon phase. So be sure to praise others and tell everyone what you adore about them. You might say today is all about appreciating others and being appreciated. There's a strong emotional attachment to winning, sports, heroes, games, parades, dating, pomp, and circumstances. It's about rulers, royalty, executives, children, stars, and celebrities. It's about blockbuster movies, concerts, entertainment, and self-indulgence. It can boost your confidence, make you a hero or a tyrant! ©

10/2:The Moon starts your day in Gemini, and it's your day! Gemini is a curious, chatty and hungry for information sign, while the ruler of the Gemini Moon, the planet of information and news your ruler Mercury, is now in Scorpio and squares Mars in Leo. in many ways you go into survivor mode digging deep, and becoming shrewd. Yes, the butterfly of the zodiac turns in a dragon fly! You can use your cleverness to create mischief or to get ahead and get through lean times. That square can lead you or some down a crazy and jealous path. The planet Mercury then inconjuncts Neptune Rx in Aries, and conspiracy theories run amok. Mercury then squares Pluto Rx in Aquarius, and things get complicated for sure. Today has all the earmarks of conspiracy, jealousy, and coverups. Today you might need someone or something to calm your thoughts down. Luckily, the Moon enters nurturing Cancer this afternoon, and a hug or something easy to digest like Mom's home cooking makes things better. Your Monthly Horoscopes are Up!

The planet of love, marriage, money, wealth, and beauty, Venus S Rx is stationary retrograde in Scorpio and there's a big emphasis on your 6th house of health, wellness, hard work and potential conflicts. Venus S Rx is pressing the pause button on your deepest insecurities about love, marriage, money, wealth, and how beautiful you are or aren't. Gemini has work today but also needs to be healthy to work hard. You might opt out of a romance if it's too intense or someone is too much hard work. You might also use this energy to dig in and work harder. Venus retrograde adversely affects the economy, markets, finances, romance, partnerships, self-worth, beauty, net-worth, and marriages. Venus retrogrades every 584 days. Entire books are written about Venus or other planets, explaining the specific references, meanings, and transits. As Venus aspects planets in your birth chart, especially the outer planets like Uranus, Neptune and Pluto, major changes occur and cycles in your life are influenced for an extended time. Perhaps during this Venus S Rx retrograde, women, housing, property matters, food prices, and overall domestic bliss will be affected as those in power (Mars in Leo) fight for power (Pluto Rx). Domestic abuse can be an issue, and jealousy can push some to do bad things. Be careful! Don't push anyone over the edge. Astrology Knows! ©
