Sagittarius: (Nov.23-Dec. 22): As your astrology horoscope week begins, the Moon grows dimmer, and she is a micro-Moon and farther away from us on Earth, but potent. Maybe the Moon, even though in her last quarter, is telling you something. Maybe it's a distant dream or memory that's about to be rekindled. After all, she becomes our New Moon at 25° Taurus, where Uranus transited repeatedly starting in June 2024, and where the North Node was in Aries, where Saturn is now, so there is no escaping past hopes and dreams, people from the past to memories now! So there's a connection to the past, specifically your hopes and dreams or disappointments.

Not only is the Moon dimming through Saturday, but Pluto RX and the Lunar Nodes pull away from each other. Pluto RX is retrograde, and the Lunar Nodes travel naturally in retrograde motion. This aspect brings tenseness and worry. Did you feel it?  The Lunar Nodes are in a pivotal position in your solar chart, your 4th and 10th houses, when you may have to choose between family and career.

Malefic Uranus has spent 8 years in Taurus, his Fall sign and your 6th house of conflicts, hard work, crises, service to others, the drudgery of life, and what we must do to maintain the status quo, a sense of normalcy, and what we want is the main idea of the 6th house, like a 9-5 job. Managing our daily routines and sacrificing our momentary happiness for something more worthwhile is the deeper lesson. It shows the work and effort we must expend if we are to manifest the things we want. Virgo is the ruler of the 6th house, which is not considered a great astrological house, as it can bring sickness and procrastination. It's service to others, but sometimes without pay. It's where you have something to learn, and it's about your security.

Maybe now changes to your family bring a new sense of self-sufficiency and free you from your job or boring routine. So you permit yourself to do other things.

May 13, the planet of information, news, and communications, Mercury in Taurus, sextiles Jupiter in Cancer (Exaltation) at 20°, in your 8th house of joint finances, family loyalties, and challenging family situations, and gives you an opportunity to fix your finances, credit, or learn about purchasing, buying, or selling properties. Will you let an opportunity pass you by, or will you seize it or put it off to another time?

May 14 The Sun in Taurus conjoins Mercury in Taurus at 21°, and the light bulb goes off in your mind about money, belongings,  assets, and earning more money or in your business. This aspect resets your thinking, and you need that every once in a while.  The Sun sheds its bright light, and Mercury brings a new way of seeing or understanding things in your 6th house. You realize what’s important, what requires your attention, or who needs your help. Time away from your partner leads to more independent planning and thinking.

May 16 Mars in Aries (Rulership) is conjunct the wounded healer Chiron in Aries at 27°, and then the disruptor Eris, who started the Trojan War. So, there's a feeling of not being able to compete or being accepted or invited to the party, which could result in the masses turning against the people, oligarchs, and those who hold all the wealth, or feelings of not being able to take it anymore. Is there someone or a business you don't feel you can compete against? As Chiron concludes his transit through Aries in June. According to mythology, Chiron is struck by a poisonous arrow. Unable to bear the pain, Chiron asks Zeus to remove his immortality, allowing him to die and, in turn, freeing Prometheus from his eternal punishment. This act of self-sacrifice highlights Chiron's compassion and his role as a healer and mentor, as he chooses death for the sake of another being.

Mars is a malefic planet, and he likes to take risks when he’s in the house of fun, the 5th house. But he’s also very sexy. You could be more actively looking for love or passionate connections. The 5th house shows a love of competition, perhaps martial arts or another source of physical disciplines. In the highest sense, you may see a person who is an excellent Yogi or yoga teacher, or perhaps a good mathematician, investor, or architect.

May 16, the New Moon in Taurus at 25°, is a strong and determined sign, and the Moon here makes you feel strong, grounded, and seek out those things that make you feel good. It's okay to make plans and do stuff during Taurus Moons, provided all other planetary aspects agree. It's not a new dream or wish; rather, it's the continuation of an old aspiration or goal that inspires you now. Inspired by how much money you used to make or by looking at all you have accomplished and own, your belongings inspire you and are a reminder to you.

The New Moon in Taurus has a connection to the 8 yrs transit of Uranus through your 6th house, and self-care, gardening, and caring for the land or garden, rather than caring for others, may interest you now. 

The New Moon in Taurus connects to Mercury, and then Mercury enters Gemini!

May 17 Mercury enters Gemini (Rulership), your 7th house of relationships, best friends, marriage, and everything is new. There is a sense of excitement and enthusiasm, and it’s contagious. Mercury, the information planet, will pass through 1° Gemini, where Uranus transited recently, so that Mercury can bring an awakening or new information relevant to Uranus transit in your chart.

Mercury in the lower octave of Uranus and having both planets in Gemini should be quite interesting, if not entertaining. Mercury here parrots information, facts, and figures without necessarily understanding them; that's the job of Mercury in Virgo. In Gemini, things are purely logical and perhaps robotic, with Uranus here too.

May 17, the planet of love, romance, marriage, wealth, and beauty, Venus in Gemini, sextiles the wounded healer Chiron in Aries at 27°, and then Eris the disrupter.

May 17 Mercury in Gemini (Rulership), conjunct Uranus in Gemini at 1°, for a stroke of genius or brilliance. Things make sense now. Or you find yourself thinking, I get it! That makes several things this week that change your thinking.

May 18, Mars enters Taurus (Detriment). In the slow-moving sign of Taurus, no one likes to be told what to do or coerced. Taurus takes their own time. Slow and powerful describes Mars in Taurus most of the time. But Mars rules the color red, and Taurus is the Bull. On occasion, the Bull gets raging mad. This combination of Mars in Taurus, when channeled correction produces a great deal of worldly success. Endurance is strong, and success is fought for hard. Will what you're fighting for be worth it if everything created is meaningful to you anymore? Malefic Mars in the 6th house can cause unexpected or unpredictable accidents, bumps, and bruises. So be careful. Avoid conflicts and pace yourself at work or on the job.

May 18 Venus enters Cancer, the planet of love, romance, wealth, beauty, and marriage, does well in the sign of Moon -ruled Cancer. Both the Moon and Venus are concerned with reproduction and growth. Beauty is a necessity and is food for the soul. This week 3 personal planets change signs. It is the personal planets that unlock or make personal the transits of the outer planets.
