This can be difficult so get your resume in order, make a list of your skills and sell your talents. Don't short change yourself or get upset if you're not hired by a company you interview for. Some of you may be more focused on someone in your life than normal. This is made more critical with not just all those planets and asteroids retrograde in Aries (Neptune Rx, the planet of delays Saturn Rx, Pallas Rx, Vesta Rx, Eris Rx, and Chiron Rx) but also Juno Rx the asteroid of soulmates and marriage retrograde in Capricorn and Mercury the planet of thinking, trickery and communications also in Libra! It's possible to play musical chairs and find another lover when you feel one relationship is not going anywhere, has become hard work, or you lose the passion. Wednesday: t's official, it's the last quarter of the year.  How will you end 2026? Strong or weak? What decisions do you have to make from here on? the Sun empowers you but brings out impatience and when you have to go over things and repeat yourself. For this reason try to be clearer when you give instructions to others. Try to get the best form others on the job and right where you are. There's not reason to leave a job when the conflicts are just ego clashes. Someone has to tap down their arrogance. Why tempt fate and lose your job or force others to chose between you and another. It's not worth it. The Sun sheds it's light into your 8th house of relationship challenges. Over reacting and nit picking can cause problems. For some this means navigating a divorce, break up or job change.
Balance is key with the Sun's entrance into Libra. Did you know Libra is the only zodiac sign whose glyph or symbol is neither human nor animal. It's the steely balance of justice. With the Sun now in Libra, you may like things to be symmetrical and balanced in your life and home, and to get along with others, even though secretly you may complain to yourself and look for things that are unfair and try to make things better.
The Sun in Libra rules fairness and justice, getting along with others and making that all-important decision about whom to fall in love with and spend your life with. When you feel something is not fair you look around for someone to blame or deflect to. As the Sun enters Libra, your life force, happiness, and where you shine, faces major challenges from all the other planets in the cardinal signs, including the planet of denial, hardships, and delays, Saturn Rx. Let more sweep off your shoulders and don't carry around grudges like a heavy backpack.

It's the detached yet friendly Moon in Aquarius that welcomes the Sun into Libra and is a witness to the Sun passing over the fated degree in Virgo as the Sun enters Libra, bringing an energetic shift into your life. Things might not go your way and you might have to endure a decision you don't want to. In a week this will all be behind you.

The Sun in Libra can bring a sense of beauty and a desire to socialize, find a mate, get along with others, or, for others, indecisiveness. Some of you may painfully decide to leave a job or a relationship and start fresh with someone new or start a new job. The Equinox is a time of change. Some may detach from their feelings and emotions and opt to keep their job and get along with others.  So much of your confidence and how you feel about yourself is tied to your job so don't go overboard and take things too far in this are of your life. Focus on activities outside your employment and job to work off the angst you sometimes feel. You might be on a mad dash of applying for new positions and jobs buy not much will change if you don't change. Avoid picking on others, complaining about them or trying to get others to punish them.
The Libra Sun is ruled by Venus, who is in Scorpio, her detriment sign questioning finances, another's wealth, net worth, or her own personal morals and values. Venus is in her retrograde shadow, and she'll be in Scorpio and Libra, repeating these degrees through about December 15th, affecting relationships, getting along with others, and money matters. Work on your inner self and understanding what makes you tick.
On another note. Pluto Rx lusts after and is chasing Juno, the Goddess of marriage and the woman a man truly desires.
There's a whole other storyline between the planet Mars, Eris Rx and Chiron Rx that leaves room for getting back together in the future. But while Venus is in control now, Mars will be in control later. So don't burn your bridges and handle difficult situations on the job! ©
