Virgo: (Aug. 24-Sep. 23): As your Horoscopes Month begins the shortest month of the year is off to a precarious start, with the planet of action and the libido Mars retrograde in me first Leo. For Virgo and Virgo rising Mars is transiting through your solar 12th house of karma, debt and self undoing. Getting bent out of shape won't help matter any. Temper tantrums and bellowing doesn't get any thing done, it hinders productivity. The outer planets Jupiter, Saturn and Pluto all in the early degrees of their perspective transiting signs and for some doors are closed and others opened. If you find yourself headed in the wrong direction, no worries the universe in its own way closes doors and opens others and you are herded into the right direction after all. Remember, where one door closes another opens in February. Financial pressures due to Saturn in your money sector should encourage you to get the check book balanced. Instead it could be adding to your flying off the handle at every additional expense.
On Feb. 10 Mercury your ruling planet enters Aquarius and empowers us with extra ordinary ESP and intuition. Virgo is in the right place at the right time to take advantage of a new job opening. Not a moment too soon, the boss calls you in for the coveted position which comes with more money. The New Moon in Aquarius at 25*in the sector that rules jobs and responsibilities makes things alot easier and happier at work. Who says you shouldn't love where your job?
Feb. 14 ushers in the Chinese New Year and the Year of the Metal Tiger promises to put the fire under all of us. Happy Valentines Day, now if you could just loosen up, you might be able to make it a romantic time too. As the Sun enters Pisces we are reminded that February is for both saints and sinners. Both Valentines Day and saintly Ash Wednesday fall in the month of February. Forgiveness is part of love and every relationship. Ask for it and it's given. Give it and love comes back to you several times over. Then as the Sun is inconjunct Mars RX and Saturn RX you could be between a rock and hard place with personal finances and it's just at this time you need to think about what you do have, not what you don't have. Inconjunct is just a fancy astrology word for fingernails on a chalkboard! The month ends with the Full Moon in your sun sign Virgo at 9*. All eyes are on you in a good way we hope!
