The financial outlook in 2023 is of course, influenced by Uranus in Taurus. Taurus rules money, and as the year gets underway, Uranus RX is at his midpoint. Halfway through his transit. So, we’ve experienced a lot of financial ups and downs already. A pandemic that shut down the world’s economies or natural disasters that wiped out people’s livelihoods and what they have accumulated.

Uranus in Taurus is still laying the foundations for all the new endeavors that started when Uranus was in Aries.  It is said that the planet Uranus doesn’t like to be predicted.  This planet rules the sudden, unexpected, and unpredictable.  Uranus in Taurus it’s Fall because Uranus is exalted in the opposite Sun sign Scorpio, the ruler of big money, power, joint finances, the insurance industry, mysteries, and having to have the courage to solve daunting problems.  What that means is that the normally rebellious, innovative, abrupt, defiant, and nonconformist characteristics of the planet Uranus are colored by the sign of Taurus, a fixed earth sign, ruler of money, wealth, sex, possessions, what feels good, tastes good and big money.  Taurus doesn’t like change and really doesn’t like sudden changes, something else Uranus is known for.

What and who suffers under Uranus in Taurus?  The poor, the needy, the disenfranchised, friendships, mentorships, the basic civil rights of all to political, social freedom and equality, humanitarian efforts, and Mother Earth.  Things sometimes get worse before they get better, however.  Initially, during this transit, there was a rise in authoritarianism.

Who gains under Uranus in Taurus?  The rich do.  Uranus in Taurus also casts a difficult shadow on good friendships, mentors, good Gurus or teachers, helpful types, and innovation because these things are colored by selfishness and colored green with envy or the color of money.  If you find a good friend now, hold him or her close.  If you find a good person or teacher to learn from, support him or her. 

The planet Uranus continues to bring new ideas about money, transactions, bartering, extortion, and how you use your resources, possessions, belongings, and money.  With the advances of the internet, bitcoin, and crypto or micro currencies, we have already seen growth in this area.  How money and transactions are made may certainly undergo more changes in the coming years.   This transit brings changes and reforms in business and world economies.  Materialism and social order will prevail.  New ideas, reform, and the free-flowing of societies are limited by rules, laws, and regulations.

Uranus can bestow unexpected immense good fortune on many lucky individuals this year.  Will you be one of those fortunate ones?  With Saturn and Pluto changing signs in 2023, big shifts will occur. But there’s another thing to be said about Uranus, which will come through in 2023, and that’s quality of life and what feels good to you. Stopping to smell the roses and happiness.    New fortunes made and fortunes lost
   Trading, including trading with new currencies like cryptocurrencies
  New ways to barter or trade in cyberspace, negotiable assets
  Counterfeit money, art, or antiquities
   The price of beef and cattle ruled by Taurus
  Bees will once again be in the news.
   Valuating what things are worth will be important
  Events like stampedes
  Mines collapsing, new mineral mines discovered
   Moral outrage or Moral courage
  New discoveries of wealth hidden deep in the Earth
  Earthquakes caused by natural events or fracking
   Personal issues about survival and getting ahead
   Gratitude and taking time to enjoy life will mean more
  Farming and use of the land could change.  Cows and animals that increase carbon footprints
  New forms of music will emerge and change through technology
   In the news: banks, and places where the money is stored, printed, or kept
  Places where people wait, like train or Subway stations, cafes, or parks, can be newsworthy
  New ways for the public to invest in and take part in the stock market arise
   Any technology that eases manufacturer-to-consumer transactions
  Trucking and Heavy Equipment
   Artificial Intelligence and technology will make big gains
